HOMELESS OUTREACH

One Bin at a Time

We have used our connections such as the SCV chapter for the UN sustainable development goals in order to reach the community where it is most needed. We have also worked with organizations such as SCVs The Oasis to establish voices in our work directly from the people we were trying to reach. Ultimately, we are not trying to impose upon any spaces in which people are trying to call their own due to discriminatory circumstances.

Sadly, the team is barred by financial difficulties that we are actively working to fix. We are continually using our own money and small donations to gather our resources. Once, in place, we will be able to effectively launch the program and dictate measurables defining our success or pitfalls.

Economic Outreach

The biggest difference in our program from other government-sponsored programs is the economic outreach we hope to provide. All members of the Trash-4-Change organization is constantly building up supplies of recyclable bottles and cans in order to provide the communities utilizing our program with a path a small economic opportunity. We hope to maybe start supplying a style of Universal Basic Income capable of alleviating the hardship of homelessness.
